– Conversion optimization i.e. A/B testing
– Google Analytics analysis and tracking
– Website content
– (E-mail marketing)
Who are you?
Well, we don’t really know – and that is why we hope you will apply. However, we think that you will like it at Deedster if you are a person who enjoys taking responsibility by practicing self leadership, working in close teams and if you are not afraid to fail and trying out new stuff. We are a startup, so we move fast and no matter the seniority level, we embrace learning and iteration, to become better at what we are doing. We also think that you are currently studying or just completed a degree in digital marketing or something similar.
In this role you will get the chance to work with the most important question of our time – climate change. In addition, you will work with our marketing team to attract new consumers that are willing to change in order to live a more planet-friendly life. We are a small team and your voice and opinions will be heard and highly valued. You’ll have a longer introductory meeting with your mentor to form your role, and then monthly check-ins to follow up on your learnings.
We are flexible but we’d prefer if you work full time and start in August and work til January 2020. If you are interested in doing an internship over the summer, let us know in the subject line of your application.
In these times we should also mention that we, as many of us, are working mostly remotely. We hope that we can go back to our office close to Mariatorget in the fall – but we really don’t know. In the mean time we are doing our best to find other ways of building culture and working efficiently, like the daily ”fika” over Zoom, team sprint meetings and company wide stand-ups.
